Super model

This weekend was adventurous! It started with having a bath. Susan bathes me about every two weeks. If I smell extra lovely I have to get in the tub more often. I never understand this logic and bathing makes me all tense, so afterwards I run around like crazy to unwind. Soon after this ordeal we left the house and took the car.

I always like driving, and we usually go somewhere fun: the beach, the mountains or a place with a lot of nice people and food I can steal.  We drove for a long time, to a place called Hong Kong Island. Susan calls is ‘concrete jungle’, but it looks nothing like the jungle here on Lantau. Interesting smells everywhere though! Then we went into a big building (more smells!) and finally arrived in a small room. There were some people there I know quite well, so I was excited at first. But then I had to wait, with husband, for a while. Susan did all kinds of mysterious things on a mat in a white area, while lights kept flashing…

After that I was allowed to go into the white area. That was a little bit boring, I did not understand what the fuss was about. I waited, down, sit, stay. People kept calling my name. I was in a good mood, being around all these people I like, so I did what they told me and afterwards Susan was very pleased. Then we all went to other places where the humans ate and drank and Susan gave me my dinner. When we got home I was so tired from all the new smells and sights I quickly went into my sleeping crate and snored away!
